Purchases:   In Canada shipping is FREE! Your items will be shipped in a bubble envelope via Canada Post regular mail which can take up to 10 business days. If you see the product in the store I have it ready to ship - no need to wait while it is made.

If you would like something shipped outside of Canada contact me and we will figure it out!

Returns:  If at any time you are not happy with your purchase please contact me and we can arrange a return, adjustment or exchange.
